How we work

Who are we?

So Many Legs is a family run Invertebrate Breeder and Seller (and buyer!) based in Norfolk. We stock a wide range of Tarantulas and other Invertebrates, and sell a variety of relevant accessories and gifts.

Shipping

Livestock orders can be posted within the UK. Standard postage is via Royal Mail Special Delivery (RMSD) which is guaranteed for a 1pm next day arrival. This is charged at £9.50 per order during the winter months as a heatpad will be required. Posting days are Tuesday & Thursday. We will contact you once your order has been placed to arrange your specific delivery date. The delivery costs are for the express shipping service not a premium for the order being sent sooner.

Orders need to be in before Midnight Sunday for Tuesday post run and before Wednesday Midday for the Thursday post run.

Postage prices may be larger where livestock and equipment are ordered together. This will be calculated on the weight and shown before checkout.

Postage of livestock may be delayed should night time temperatures drop below 4c, as the risk is too great to the inverts health.

Equipment only orders will be sent using the relevant Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.

Orders can also be collected from us directly. Please select this option upon checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time and date.

Our Guarantees

We offer a guaranteed Live Arrival of your Invert(s). Should your invert arrive deceased please contact us within 2 hours of receipt of the parcel. A photo of the deceased invert will be required.

We will offer a refund or replacement to the same value with your next order. If you order just one invert and it has arrived deceased then we will replace the it with the same species or another species of your choice to the same value.

If delivery is attempted and no one is around to accept the parcel then the live arrival guarantee will no longer apply.

Payment Options

Payment is to be made via PayPal, Square payments using a debit/credit card or Direct Bank Transfer. Please choose your preferred method upon checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us in the event you are not happy with your order and we will do all we can to help.

Please be aware that if the return of an invert is agreed for a refund, the refund will only be issued on the safe arrival of the invert back here. We will not accept the risk of shipping when inverts are being returned.
